ELECT Pankey MO HOUSE 133rd

Elect Pankey Campaign Committee Newsletter    Issue Three October 26, 2004

Sign “theft” and signs poll  Several people reported in the Stockton paper signs for Democrat candidates had been stolen.   Since lack of funding meant there weren’t any Pankey signs in or around Stockton this campaign had not fallen victim to that.   However, one Pankey sign had been placed across from the hospital in Bolivar and it disappeared along with one for Claire McCaskill.   That wasn’t really theft since they were found proudly displayed along with a larger Kerry sign along 83 highway north of Bolivar.  Sad this campaign has not had the finances to have normal signs and so few signs available a supporter moved the sign.   A sign meant for Stockton was used to replace the sign at Bolivar.

Some people have over the years claimed whoever has the most signs up generally wins the election.

If that held true then Claire McCaskill would clearly win even Polk County and much of SW, Missouri.

Will people pay much attention to the huge signs the Rethugicons have put up, many of which have partially fallen over, and several times were used to take spots Democrats had signs in?   What voters should consider is how much money has been wasted on all those large signs the Rethugs have on road right of ways, etc..

Parson put up some signs after word got out that Marvalene had said he wasn’t campaigning and apparently had decided the election ended with the primary.

SMSU HOMECOMING PARADE INFORMAL POLL--- Marvalene’s car decked out with signs supporting Claire McCaskill for Mo. Governor, Bekki Cook for Lt. Governor and the Pankey campaign led the political and off campus entries October 23 in the SMSU 100th anniversary homecoming parade.   Before the parade several inquired (including Republicans) as to why the statewide candidates were not there and why they have not attended virtually any parades in SW, Mo.   The Republican statewide candidates did not appear to be personally present that day either.

Marvalene was pleasantly surprised at the most enthusiastic, very positive reception from the large crowd.   If all those cheers and parade route comments could be viewed as a poll, Claire wins by a landslide and Marvalene had numerous fans herself.

NO ONE TO VOTE FOR IN SOME RACES--- Marvalene believes there is no one to vote for as U.S. President nor U.S. Senate nor Mo. Secretary of State.    Missourians and Americans will get what they have allowed---pre selected puppets of the One World Government, who could care less about the people and what this nation has stood for.

THANKS to Polk County Democratic Committee Polk County Democratic Committee have a campaign headquarters behind the fire station in Bolivar. They have done a good job keeping this open complete with literature and displaying signs for Marvalene and other candidates. Too bad Cedar County Democratic Committee continues to do very little and made sure they left Marvalene out of their booth at the Stockton Walnut Festival. Thanks again, Polk County Democratic Committee.

UNIQUELY SNUBBED--- In all other Mo. House races where there is not an incumbent and both the Rethug and Dem. nominee are pro life, Mo. Right to Life endorsed both candidates.  Not so in the 133rd.   Most likely because of her criticism of Blunts or perhaps of Mo. Right to Life rarely doing anything positive, Marvalene was giving a pro life status, but not endorsed.

Ozarks Maturity

Although they were provided a photo of Marvalene they left it out of their election guide.   And in an effort to apparently make her sound like a nut they said “She supports business development and is endorsed by the pro labor Missouri AFL/CIO…She believes in good roads and drivers are important, pointing to the auto accident Sept. 20 that killed her Libertarian opponent…”

Springfield News Leader  They endorsed Claire McCaskill and made wise comments, however, as of 10/25/2004 they continued to promote only the Rethugs candidates for the primary for the 133rd and completely left out Marvalene’s campaign.   They collected all the info., but perhaps intend to publish it after the election.

Stockton Republican newspaper   They refused to include Marvalene in the primary election guide.   Then they waited until just before their deadline to provide the questionnaire for the general election guide.  A special trip had to be made to Stockton to hand deliver it.   The typical Republican behind the desk that accepted it gave a W. smirk when asked why they didn’t send it sooner.

Do MSTA and Mo. School Administrators really believe in education?  Parson is bragging that he has been endorsed by MSTA and Mo. School Administrators.   He was apparently endorsed in spite of the fact he has merely a high school education and law enforcement training versus Marvalene’s teaching experience and graduate education degrees and as the Republican nominee, he is attached to the Republicans failed proper funding for Missouri schools.

UPDATE on DOMESTIC VIOLENCE VICTIM--- Parolee Wineinger continues to roam free and no member of law enforcement nor parole have done anything to protect people from his insane violence.   His last known victim continues to appear to deteriorate.   So that has been as great a failure as this gone no where campaign.

Marvalene Pankey Election Protection Coalition Legal Team non partisan volunteer---Marvalene issued the following media release October 21, 2004

Marvalene Pankey, El Dorado Springs, who has studied vote fraud and been a vote fraud prevention activist since 1994, has been selected as a volunteer as part of a legal team for a national coalition of groups known as Election Protection.   Marvalene has a paralegal certificate with honors from Southern Career Institute and has been an associate member of the Ohio State Bar Association.

Even though she is the Democratic Party nominee for Mo. House District 133, on election eve and day as part of an attempt to help insure a free and fair election where all voters can exercise their right to vote, she will set her own campaign on auto pilot, remove all political partisanship and provide service in KC without any consideration of political parties or how to vote.

The Election Protection coalition includes such groups as the League of Women Voters, American and National Bar Associations, AFL/CIO Voting Rights Protection Program, National Council of Churches, NAACP, Rock the Vote, VoteWatch, America’s Families United, National Newspapers Publishers Association and at least 50 other groups.  Because of the risk for voter rights violations and disenfranchisement of voters, Missouri is one of seventeen targeted states.   Missouri is also one of three states designated by Election Line as high risk for problems with the election and also by Global Exchange as high risk.

Marvalene was in the City of St. Louis in 2000 when numerous voters were denied the opportunity to vote.  She was an eye witness reporter to the Mo. Secretary of State’s office lawyer when hundreds of voters were turned away and then also witnessed numerous more blatant improper handling of ballots.   After the 2002 primary she assisted St. Louis attorneys and a Republican judicial candidate with an election contest.

“Voting is both a responsibility and a right that should be taken very seriously by all who cherish our American freedoms.  I’ll never forget the tears in the eyes of hundreds who were denied the opportunity to vote in St. Louis in 2000.  For years I’ve witnessed blatant vote fraud in numerous places in Missouri.  The United States no longer is a free nation until we restore free and fair elections where all ballots are properly counted and all eligible voters are permitted to vote without fear, intimidation, or denial of their rights.  I am pleased to be a part of the Election Protection coalition effort to try to help insure everyone eligible can vote in Kansas City.  Please do not hesitate to call 866-OUR-VOTE if you are a victim or witness problems with the 2004 election anywhere.”  Marvalene Pankey 10/21/2004

PROBABLY THE LAST ELECTION---Why bother?---If Nobody Believed in You--- Not one dime has been given to the Pankey campaign for the general election.   Yes, a lot of begging for donations was done.  Reality was the Democratic Party wrote off the 133rd and nobody otherwise apparently believed  that Marvalene could win or make any difference in any other campaigns.   People would not commit to a belief that the 133rd was not just Republican territory.   Reality is there is very little clean money for elections---no wonder elections are a farce and merely selections purchased from election tabulation software providers.  1966 people supposedly voted for Marvalene in the primary 2004, but not one dollar was donated from the voters of the district to this campaign.

Although it is probably true Marvalene spent more time and money on the domestic violence situation and trying to help the victim than what she has spent campaigning this year; what she has spent on the campaign most likely could have been better spent repairing her house or for other survival this winter.

Country singer, Joe Nichols, has out a song currently,  If Nobody Believed in You The song could have been a theme song for this campaign.  Soon Elkins-Swyers Election Systems tabulation software will reveal how many votes they programmed in the system to grant Marvalene for this charade called an election 2004.   And, of course, the sheeple will sit back and assume that was the real vote.

Marvalene has repeatedly stated if Bush and Blunt both win, the front lines of Iraq would seem like a better place to be than in Missouri.   She has spent gas for travel and her own money for some literature, opting to eat more beans or not eat in order to do any campaigning, but nobody believed she was making any difference so why bother any more?  There are three or four more events and Marvalene has taken off work to try to participate in them, but all the while asking WHY BOTHER?  Why bother to even vote?   Will any of the real vote matter anyway?

So the best option for beyond 2004 appears to be to promote a DON’T BOTHER TO VOTE movement---there haven’t been any real elections since the 80s anyway---or simply exist more bitter and angry than ever that no one really cares beyond the next gallon of gas, next meal, or next TV or sports program what happens to our state or nation. Without free and fair elections we are no longer a free nation.   When nobody believes in you what reason is there to try any more?As one verse of the above song says --- "What if God quit tryin', He just turned away? There were teardrops on his face? Tell me, how would you feel? You'd probably give up too, If nobody believed in you." Did He already give up on the USA? Missouri? Marvalene? You?

Did anyone even bother to read this?
