TRAGEDY and CRIMES DELAY
CAMPAIGN
Jesse Watson, the
Libertarian Party nominee for Mo. House 133rd, was tragically killed
in a car wreck north of Bolivar, the evening of September 20, 2004. Jesse’s presence will be missed and the
Pankey campaign extends sympathy to his family and friends. It is not known whether there will be a
replacement candidate. The Polk
County Clerk has stated stickers will be placed over his name on absentee
ballots. The Cedar County Clerk has
said simply “it depends” and offered no further explanation.
Less than 24 hours after
Jesse’s death, Marvalene had her wallet and all identification stolen from her
at Fast and Friendly just south of Division on Kansas Expressway in Springfield,
Mo. By the end of the week
the police department was saying they just had not had time to review the video
that should have captured the traumatic experience. Marvalene assumes their lack of time may
be political OR they are all too busy training for some Bush/Blunt/Ashcroft
“terrorism” versus taking care of real crimes. She has filed an internal affairs
complaint.
September 12, 2004 shortly
before midnight Marvalene had a call from one of her former students, Stacy
Moran, who she has tried to help for many years and often treated like a
daughter after Stacy’s mother was murdered in 1985. Stacy was crying and said she was hiding
under a brush pile after insane Mo. parolee, felon, drunken Chris Wineinger, had
beat her black and blue AGAIN.
The Morgan County Sheriff’s department refused to go check on this. Marvalene drove to near Versailles
and even though Wineinger had threatened to blow Marvalene’s head off she went
up into the hills to where Stacy said she was hiding. She found her around 3 a.m., but
Stacy refused to go to a hospital.
As soon as the parole office opened the next a.m. they appeared at his
parole officer’s door (which joins the Sheriff’s department). He showed up also and began to
intimidate and tell Stacy she knew nothing had happened. The parole officer, Kim Boatright,
observed Stacy’s swollen and black and blue face and other bruising and saw the
dirt and blood on her shirt.
Boatright spent over two hours with Stacy and claimed she’d write her
report and do something with Chris the next morning. Instead she let him roam free and
claimed Stacy did not tell her anything happened except they had a verbal
battle. Since that time the
Morgan County Sheriff, Chief of Police for Versailles, Morgan County Prosecutor,
Camden County Sheriff, Camden County Prosecutor, Laclede County Sheriff, Laclede
County Prosecutor, Lebanon Police and at least two other police departments plus
the Mo. Bd. of Probation and Parole have all been given affidavits of crimes
Chris Wineinger committed in their jurisdiction. As of this writing Chris Wineinger
is still roaming free and has been given a new job with Steelfoam at Lebanon,
Mo. as Andy Miller is trying to prove Marvalene Pankey is wrong about this man
Andy’s son caused Stacy to become acquainted with and who has a long wrap sheet
and once held Kansas City, Kansas police officers in a standoff for over five
hours. Claire McCaskill’s
campaign manager, Erik Greathouse, was quick to respond when Marvalene first
presented the problem to them.
However, that was as far as it went and over two weeks have passed and
this insane, dangerous criminal roams free.
Instead of getting to attend
the Mo. General Assembly Veto Session and Democratic Party and Rural caucuses as
planned Marvalene was in the Mo. Bd. of Probation and Parole office in Jefferson
City and then in various places trying to protect Stacy, the public, and herself
from Wineinger. This experience
certainly proves the need for changes in the domestic violence laws and a means
for members of law enforcement to be punished for refusing to do
anything.
Much of this has caused
extra expenses for Marvalene and delayed her ability to get signs ready and cut
into her personal funds intended for literature and signs. Going door to door has
virtually been abandoned due to lack of time and lack of funds for gas to get to
Polk County especially. Your
contribution is especially needed to help run the race to the finish line. Some of you have promised
contributions that have never arrived---those are needed NOW. Please make payable to Elect
Pankey Campaign Committee.
Shortly after the primary,
the Republican nominee for Mo. House 133rd, Mike Parson’s elderly
father went to meet the Lord.
Monday, September 27, 2004 Marvalene’s last aunt, Fern (Lee) Masters,
died. She would have been 97 in
October. Marvalene is
the last of the lineage to carry the Pankey name on her father’s side of the
family and Fern’s passing leaves only Lee cousins of her mother’s family.
. Marvalene also
has one sister, who has seven offspring, who each have
children.
ELECTION IN TROUBLE---VOTE FRAUD LIKELY
It is very obvious Blunts
(plural because Pappa and Jr. are involved) and Bush plan to rig the election
and sadly no one is doing anything to stop them. Before all the above events,
Marvalene planned to raise more awareness and perhaps get a lawsuit filed to
stop Blunts plan for e mail and faxed balloting by military. There should have also been protests at
the Mo. Secretary of State’s office and Jr. Blunt’s home.
Why didn’t the Mo.
Democratic Party do anything to help prevent vote fraud and even speak out
against Blunts plan regarding the military? Apparently the party has permitted
Robin Carnahan to take the so called lead on this and as the headlines almost
daily state she supports Hanaway and Blunt’s plans for the Mo. Secretary of
State’s office she chose to do nothing. Fact is there isn’t anyone to vote
for as Mo. Secretary of State---vote fraud prevention and getting all election
laws properly revised should be a top priority for those running. Why did the Democrats choose to
let Robin have the nomination without a plan to see that all the ballots are
counted even in 2004?
The number of votes for each
candidate could unfortunately likely be announced today. Those who control the source code
of the tabulation software can do whatever they please with your vote.

WHY Marvalene Pankey WILL NOT BE VOTING FOR
PRESIDENT
1) The Presidential election
is obviously already rigged---the Bush dictatorship will become
worse.
2) Kerry-Edwards turned the Mo. Capitol
into a Bush-Blunt-Ashcroft style imprisonment for their rally shortly after the
primary. They even fenced off the
steps and used classes of tickets as to where people could be admitted. Marvalene was treated like trash and
caged with obnoxious people, including Rethugs protesting Democrats. The Kerry campaign refused to
apologize and weeks later finally had their St. Louis office contact Marvalene
via e mail and established a time to call. However, they never called and
never explained why they did not.
3) Like Buchanan and the Reform Party in
2000, Kerry-Edwards are just profiting from the campaign and have no intention
of even trying to win.
4) “Chances are my ballot will be counted
as having voted for President even though I do not. I plan to have it coded such that it
could be found, but I also don’t expect any court of law to ever permit exposure
of any of the vote fraud.” MP 9/28/04
EVENTS AND RECENT EVENTS
Unfortunately Marvalene had
to miss the Veto Session and caucus meetings. She also missed an interview with
MSTA because of the domestic violence mess. She attending a candidate
appreciation night by the Springfield Homebuilders Association and candidate
forum of the Greene County Medical Society. Recent parades have included
Stockton Walnut Festival, and Roscoe, Schell City, and Sheldon. Upcoming events include long term
nursing association, mental illness alliance, a tour of Ozark Technical College,
Greene County Domestic Violence Center forum, SMSU legislative forum, SMSU
Homecoming parade, Stockton Chili cookoff. Her Republican opponent having
obviously decided he will slide into office on Jr. Blunt’s coattail isn’t
attending events after having spent over $14,000 on the
primary.
If you are aware of any
events please left us know. Although work is also sometimes
interfering, a parade was missed at Humansville recently because it was learned
of a week late. electpankey@yahoo.com
VOTE ABSENTEE AND CODE YOUR
BALLOT
You are encouraged to apply
to your county clerk for an absentee ballot and vote in the privacy of your home
and after having the envelope notarized return it by mail or in person. Carefully read the ballot and vote the
proper numbers as some of the arrows on the punch card ballots appear to be
misleading. There are special
procedures for absentee ballots AND it is more difficult for someone to
tamper with your
ballot. Carefully code your
ballot somehow---do not deface any of the chads or other holes. Keep a copy of your ballot making
sure the copy shows how you voted and the coding. Make a note of your absentee
ballot number. You may apply
for absentee ballots for your entire household.
Make sure everyone is
registered to vote by October 6, 2004.
MO HOUSE DISTRICT 133RD COULD STILL BE
WON
The Mo. Democratic Party
and virtually all of the statewide candidates appear to have written off the
133rd as only Rethug territory and a race that cannot be won. The Cedar County so called Democratic
Party committee (with loyalties to the Republicans) have tried to paint a
picture that Marvalene is not the party nominee and violated the rights of all
the Democrats in Box by refusing to seat her on the county committee.
In a fair election, the
district most certainly could be won. Marvalene has spent countless hours and
her own funds to campaign and promote especially Claire McCaskill and Bekki Cook
along with her own campaign. She’s
been in numerous parades in the district and neighboring counties and found
voters to be excited about the three campaigns. Marvalene has been endorsed by Mo.
AFL/CIO, Mo. Statesmanship Party, and The Reform Party of Mo. in addition to
having won the Democratic Party nomination with 1966 votes. The district could be won---but we need
at least 5 per cent of those 1966 votes to get busy and help. YOU could make a
difference.
Volunteers are needed to
make calls and go door to door.
Money is needed for literature, signs, and ads.
You know Marvalene is much
better qualified than Mike Parson and that she will listen and represent the
district versus merely being a puppet of the Republican Party. Please volunteer and/or make a
contribution today. Make
contributions payable to Elect Pankey Campaign Committee.
